Senior Pastor Albuquerque Chinese Baptist Church

Albuquerque Chinese Baptist Church (ACBC) was originally established in 1978 under the ministry of Rev. John Tusiri as an outreach initiative of First Baptist Church. In 1993, the church was officially organized as Albuquerque Chinese Baptist Church and moved into its current location in 2007. The congregation primarily uses Mandarin and Cantonese for fellowship and worship. Church Website: Work Location: 2721 Arizona St, Albuquerque, NM 87110 Ministry Responsibilities: Lead the congregation in partnership with elders and deacons through preaching, worship, counseling, discipleship, and missions, fostering the spiritual growth of the church in the following areas: Lead Mandarin sermons, prayer meetings, discipleship training, and evangelistic outreach. Guide and participate in small groups, Sunday School, counseling, and other ministry activities. Organize visitation and pastoral care ministries. Develop community outreach and mission initiatives. Requirements: A clear divine calling to pastoral ministry. Full agreement with the church’s Statement of Faith ( Gifts in preaching, teaching, counseling, and other pastoral ministries. Fluency in Mandarin and English (Cantonese proficiency is a plus). Willingness to affirm and uphold the theological distinctives of the Southern Baptist Convention (SBC). A master’s degree from an accredited theological seminary is preferred. Married (preferably with at least two years of pastoral/ministry experience in North America). 阿布奎基市華人浸信會源於1978年杜牧師(Rev. 牧養會眾﹐與執事和董事們配搭服事﹐藉著講道、敬拜、關懷、門訓及宣教來帶領教會成長。

帶領中文講道、禱告會、門徒訓練、傳福音

指導及參與團契、主日學、輔導、等服事

主導探訪、關懷事工

發展社區教會和宣教工作

要求條件:

具備講道、教導、關懷、等多方恩賜

操流利的普通話和英語 (具粵語能力更佳)

並承諾致力於美南浸信會公約和教義特色

有經認證的神學院道學碩士學位或以上更佳

已婚及有至少2年北美牧會或事奉經驗更佳
