Were seeking an ambitious Insurance Sales Representative who thrives in a people-first environment and is passionate about helping others. In this role, youll use your relationship-building skills and sales expertise to provide tailored insurance solutions that protect what matters most to our clients.

Top producers have earned $180,000+ annually.

What Youll Get

On Target Base Salary: $87,500$107,500 per year

Earning Potential: Uncapped commissions + performance bonuses

Requirements

Texas Property & Casualty License (not required to applycan be obtained post-hire)
