Position Overview

As an Insurance Sales Representative, you will use your insurance knowledge and sales experience to identify client needs, provide personalized coverage solutions, and build long-term customer relationships. What You'll Do

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

Consult with customers to identify their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage.

Educate clients on insurance products and coverage options.

Generate new business through referrals, networking, and lead follow-up.

Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond.

Stay current on industry trends, products, and insurance regulations.

What We're Looking For

Active Property & Casualty insurance license required.

Previous insurance sales experience required.

Experience with agencies such as AAA, State Farm, Allstate, Farmers, American Family, or independent agencies is highly valued.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.

Self-motivated, organized, and driven to succeed.

Comfortable using technology and agency management systems.

Team player with a positive, professional attitude.
