Qualifications Medical Degree (MD/DO) Accredited Family Medicine Residency Program completion Board Certified Family Medicine (or board‑eligible for residency new graduates) Unrestricted Pennsylvania Medical License (or ability to obtain) DEA certification Commitment to patient‑centered care and excellent interpersonal skills Location and Community Middletown, Pennsylvania is located near Harrisburg, offering convenient access to major cities—75 minutes from Baltimore, two hours from Philadelphia and Washington, D.C., and about three hours from New York City—and a vibrant community with parks, cultural venues, and a growing arts scene.
