Wound, Ostomy & Continence Nurse (RN)

We are seeking an experienced Wound, Ostomy & Continence Nurse (WOCN) to provide expert consultation and support to patients and healthcare staff in skin prevention, wound care, ostomy management, and continence needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and completion of an accredited RN program
• Minimum 3 years of full-time medical-surgical nursing experience
• Current Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Board certification in Wound, Ostomy and Continence Nursing
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification
• Strong communication, teamwork, clinical judgment, professionalism, and compassion
• Ability to work effectively with patients, families, physicians, and multidisciplinary staff
• Day Shift - 8 hrs - M-F
