Specialty Account Manager, Long Term Care (New Orleans, LA)

Axsome Therapeutics

Axsome Therapeutics seeks a field-based Specialty Account Manager for Long-Term Care in New Orleans to drive commercial activities and product adoption across an assigned territory. The role involves managing accounts, building stakeholder relationships, and executing marketing strategies for CNS-focused products.

Responsibilities

Drive product adoption and market penetration within assigned LTC territory
Build and maintain relationships with psychiatrists, neurologists, nurses, pharmacists, and care coordinators
Execute virtual and in-person customer engagement strategies
Develop business and account strategies for key LTC stakeholders and facilities
Serve as disease state expert and product champion for assigned portfolio

Requirements

Proven experience in long-term care or healthcare sales
Strong relationship-building and account management skills
Disease state expertise in neurology or psychiatry
Ability to engage virtually and in-person with diverse healthcare professionals
Knowledge of long-term care facility operations and landscape
