If you believe that your experience, skills, attitude, and work ethic fit, joining this dynamic team may be the next step for you.ResponsibilitiesBe the company's number one support personnel for the customerRespond to service callsDiagnose issues with customer-owned equipment and communicate to the Field Service ManagerExecute maintenance and repair workUtilize company's maintenance management software to prepare required work orders, fill out timecards, order parts, etc.Create parts list when needed and communicate to the Field Service ManagerMaintain any certifications required for specific or specialized work, as well as any licenses required to operate service vehiclesKeep company assets such as vehicle, laptop, diagnostic & specialty tooling, etc. in working orderRequirementsAt least 5 years of mechanical experience with heavy equipment and a strong working knowledge of hydraulics, powertrain, electronic/electrical systems, diesel, etc.Valid driver's licenseUnderstanding of various OEM platformsIntermediate computer skillsValid driver's license with satisfactory driving recordAwareness of being a representation of the company at all times, and an eager brand advocateDetail oriented with excellent record-keeping capabilitiesCollaborative spiritGood decision making, problem-solving, troubleshooting, and creative thinking skillsPhysical DemandsEmployee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.Required to sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawlJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:401(k)Health insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceWork Location: In person
