Certified Apartment Staffing is seeking an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician to join one of our premier apartment community partners. If you have hands-on maintenance experience, enjoy problem-solving, and take pride in providing excellent service, we'd love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Complete resident service requests in a timely manner
- Perform apartment make-readies for new move-ins
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances
- Complete preventative maintenance throughout the property
- Maintain the overall appearance and safety of the community
- Assist with grounds, inspections, and other maintenance projects as needed
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of apartment maintenance experience preferred
- EPA Certification preferred (depending on property)
- Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license preferred
