Construction Project Manager Data Centers (Electrical Contractor)

Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced

Construction Project Manager

to oversee electrical construction projects for large-scale data centers. This role is responsible for managing project budgets, schedules, manpower, procurement, subcontractors, and client relationships from preconstruction through commissioning and turnover.

Responsibilities

Lead electrical construction projects from kickoff through completion.

Manage project budgets, forecasts, contracts, change orders, and overall financial performance.

Coordinate with owners, general contractors, engineers, vendors, and field teams.

Develop project schedules and ensure milestones are achieved.

Review labor productivity, material procurement, and equipment needs.

Support project safety, quality, and compliance initiatives.

Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Oversee commissioning, closeout documentation, and final turnover.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.

5+ years of project management experience in electrical construction.

Experience with data center, mission-critical, industrial, or large commercial projects preferred.

Strong understanding of electrical systems, construction methods, and project controls.

Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and construction management software.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Data center or mission-critical project experience.

OSHA 30 certification.

Experience working with hyperscale clients such as Microsoft, Google, Meta, AWS, or colocation providers.

This is a Permanent position based out of Port Washington, WI.

Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $130000.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
