CVHCare is looking for a qualified Physical Therapist. Assigned county territory is Area #4: Danville, Martinez, Moraga, Alamo, Clayton, Concord, Lafayette, Orinda, Pleasant Hill, Walnut Creek AND Area #5: Pittsburg, Discovery Bay, Byron, Antioch, Brentwood, Oakley, Bethel Island, Bay Point. Additional travel outside area may be required. Weekend coverage may be required. If Guarantee, the following shall apply: Productivity: At least 27 points per week (points described below). 36 hours Guarantee. Traveler must complete 27 points in the week.
