Commercial HVAC/R Technician

Dallas/Fort Worth Area

Autumn Mechanical has been a growing and trusted company for more than 35 years. We take pride in building strong relationships with our customers by delivering dependable environmental and refrigeration solutions backed by extensive HVAC/R expertise.

We are currently seeking experienced Commercial HVAC/R Technicians to join our team in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.

Position Summary

As a Commercial HVAC/R Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, servicing, repairing, and maintaining commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems. The ideal candidate is dependable, self-motivated, team-oriented, and able to communicate effectively with customers and coworkers.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC/R systems
Complete service calls and work orders efficiently
Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC and refrigeration equipment
Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
Service light commercial HVAC systems up to 25 tons
Work on refrigeration systems and ice machines
Assist team members as needed
Prioritize and manage daily schedules effectively

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of verifiable field experience
Experience with light commercial HVAC systems (up to 25 tons)
Refrigeration and ice machine experience required
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Good communication and customer service abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable and motivated with a strong work ethic
