In this role, you'll set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, and multi-axis machining centers to manufacture precision aerospace components in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment. Shift(s) Available: 1st Shift | Monday–Thursday| 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM 2nd Shift | Monday– Thursday | 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, and 3-, 4-, and 5-axis machines Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and work instructions Perform tool offsets, adjustments, and minor program edits Conduct first-piece and in-process inspections using precision measuring tools Maintain production documentation and quality records Follow safety procedures and support 5S initiatives Qualifications High school diploma or GED required 3+ years of CNC machining experience, preferably in aerospace or precision manufacturing Proficiency in blueprint reading and GD&T interpretation Experience with multi-axis CNC equipment and G-code Ability to perform machine setups with minimal supervision Knowledge of AS9100 and NADCAP standards preferred Waterjet experience is a plus Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
