Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced RN for a Med Surg travel assignment in Akron, OH. This role specializes in respiratory care within a 28-bed med/surg unit. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, providing comprehensive care for trach and chronic ventilator patients, among others. This position requires floating across the unit.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Med Surg - Travel

• Provide comprehensive care to patients with respiratory ailments
• Work collaboratively within a fast-paced med/surg unit
• Administer care to trach and chronic ventilator patients
• Perform phlebotomy and manage ventilator equipment
• Demonstrate flexibility through required floating within the unit
• Work every other weekend as part of your schedule

Requirements of the RN - Med Surg - Travel

• Current BLS certification
• Accredited nursing degree through ACEN or CCNE
• 2+ years of recent med/surg experience, especially with trach/chronic ventilator patients
• Recent experience in phlebotomy within the last 12 months
• Epic experience documented in resume
• Ability to float as needed
• Must wear solid black scrubs
