Veterinarian - Urgent Care

Location: Pittsburgh, PA (15208)
Position Type: Full-Time
Practice Setting: Outpatient / Urgent Care
(Sign-on & relocation assistance provided)

We are seeking motivated and compassionate Veterinarians to join our growing urgent care team. This opportunity is ideal for professionals who enjoy practicing quality medicine in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a healthy work-life balance without overnight emergency responsibilities.

• Provide urgent care and outpatient medical services for canine and feline patients

• Diagnose and treat a variety of non-life-threatening medical conditions

• Perform physical examinations, diagnostics, treatment planning, and minor procedures

• Interpret laboratory results, radiographs, and other diagnostic tests

• Communicate treatment plans and recommendations clearly with pet owners

• Maintain accurate and complete medical records

• Collaborate effectively with veterinary technicians and support staff

• Contribute to a positive, professional, and team-oriented clinic culture

• DVM or equivalent veterinary degree from an accredited institution

• Active Pennsylvania Veterinary License (or ability to obtain one)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced urgent care environment

• Urgent care or emergency medicine experience is preferred but not required

• Regular shift: 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM

• Every other weekend required

• No on-call responsibilities

• No shift differential for nights or weekends
