Strategic Physician Engagement Leader

K2 Medical Research

K2 Medical Research is seeking a mission-driven physician engagement leader to support Tampa, The Villages, and Winter Garden clinics. You will oversee a team of Regional Navigators embedded within practices, ensuring high-quality engagement and integration of clinical research into routine care.

Reporting to the VP of Engagement, you will shape enterprise strategies, strengthen referral networks, and expand awareness of clinical research as a care option across diverse clinical environments.
