Senior Manager, Commercial Communications, Electrophysiology

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Senior Manager for Commercial Communications in Electrophysiology to develop and execute communication strategies supporting U.S. business objectives and product launches. The hybrid role, based in Irvine, CA, partners with marketing and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful media engagement, brand narratives, and reputation management for in-market and launch-stage electrophysiology products.
Responsibilities
- Partner with marketing and commercial teams to develop communications strategies for product launches and business priorities
- Translate clinical, product, and competitive insights into multi-channel narratives for internal and external audiences
- Create commercial communications content including messaging, presentations, media materials, digital content, and launch communications
- Support regulatory milestones, product launches, data releases, medical conference presence, and disease awareness initiatives
- Enhance company reputation by anticipating and managing issues in partnership with cross-functional teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree minimum
- 8+ years of communications, brand, or marketing experience
- Proven track record leading branded communications and product launches
- Ability to translate complex scientific and clinical concepts clearly
- Experience counseling senior leaders on communications strategy and messaging
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to develop integrated communications strategies
