Department: 35216 Atrium Health Lake Norman - Nursing Progressive Care Unit: Telemetry 5th Floor Status: Full time Benefits Eligible: Yes Hours Per Week: 36 Schedule Details/Additional Information: 3, 12-hour night shifts per week Holiday rotation Weekend rotation Pay Range: $38.20 - $57.30 Where You Will Work: This 13-bed PCU will be co-located with a 8-bed Intensive Care Unit, offering a collaborative and dynamic environment for patient care. This PCU will specialize in caring for patients with a range of medical conditions requiring close monitoring and specialized interventions. Our team works closely with a variety of healthcare professionals, including physicians from multiple specialties, to deliver high-quality, compassionate care. Expectations We’re Looking For: Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association ACLS are required within 6 months of hire 2 years of PCU experience preferred What You’ll Do: • As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. • Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
