We are currently looking for a Traveling Associate Dentist to become part of our expanding team. Support our mission of delivering outstanding dental care within the community and assist us in creating more smiles and unforgettable experiences for both children and adults. Key Responsibilities

As a Traveling Associate Dentist, your primary duties will include:

• Delivering dental services to patients with the assistance of your team.
• Upholding the highest standards of integrity by complying with all governmental regulations, organizational standards, and compliance programs.
• Performing additional tasks as assigned.

Practice Features

Our practice is equipped with:

• DentaPro software
• Digital x-ray and Panorex units
• Fiber-optic handpieces
• Annual OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training
• A support team ratio of 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, and 2 dental assistants per provider
• A patient demographic primarily consisting of ages 3-21, with up to 30% adults depending on location
• An office flow averaging 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients
• A mix of state insurance plans, PPO, and out-of-network payors

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who possess:

• A DDS/DMD degree from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
• A current, valid dental license in the states where care is provided or eligibility for licensure
• Any additional certifications as required, such as CPR and DEA
• Nitrous Oxide certification (only for LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
• A compassionate nature and a strong commitment to providing dental care to both children and adults
• The willingness and ability to cover the geographical areas listed below:

• A guaranteed daily rate of $850 during the ramp-up period OR a percentage of collections
