This is an in-person position requiring attendance in our office five days a week. The ideal candidate is personable and confident on the phone with strong follow-through. Thrives in a structured environment, and is comfortable using a range of software tools to keep daily operations running smoothly. Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a first point of contact for clients by phone, email, and in person, delivering a warm, professional, and helpful experience.
• Answer, screen, and route incoming calls promptly and courteously, and follow up on client requests to ensure timely resolution.
• Address client concerns and inquiries with professionalism and empathy, resolving issues when possible.
• Track and manage active leads, ensuring each is logged, prioritized, and moved through the pipeline in a timely manner.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings and conference rooms.
• Support day-to-day office operations, including mail handling and supply management.
• Enter and update information across various software platforms with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Assist team members with administrative tasks and special projects as needed.

Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and phone communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Proficiency with common office and business software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, email and calendar tools, and CRM systems), with the ability to learn new tools quickly.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work on-site in Leesburg, Virginia, five days per week.
• A team-oriented and customer-focused attitude.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree a plus.
• Prior experience in a client services, receptionist, or administrative role preferred.
