Quality Technician - 1st Shift
Location: Beloit, WI
Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour (Based on Experience)
Shift: Monday-Thursday, 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Position Type: Temp-to-Hire (T-H)
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Technician for a 1st Shift temp-to-hire opportunity in Beloit, WI. This position is responsible for ensuring products meet quality standards through inspections, testing, documentation, and collaboration with production teams.
Responsibilities
Perform inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods
Conduct quality tests and measurements to verify product specifications
Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records
Identify and report quality issues, defects, and non-conformances
Assist with root cause investigations and corrective actions
Ensure compliance with company quality standards and procedures
Work closely with production personnel to maintain product quality
Utilize measuring tools and inspection equipment as required
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Qualifications
Previous quality control or quality assurance experience preferred
Manufacturing experience required
Ability to read and interpret specifications, drawings, and work instructions
Experience using measuring tools and inspection equipment
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Basic computer skills and experience with quality documentation
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Benefits
