Truck Driver Light - CDL B Driver w/ Passenger Endorsement - Tinker AFB

Position Summary PCSI is looking for a Truck Driver Light CDL B with Passenger Endorsement at Tinker AFB. The driver will operate a variety of vehicles from sedans to ½ ton trucks and 15‑passenger vehicles. This part‑time position reports to the Ground Transportation Manager and is based at Tinker AFB in Oklahoma City. Employment Status Part‑time, no guaranteed hours. Responsibilities Conduct daily inspections on vehicles before operating and annotate AF Form 1800. Assist with loading and unloading of personnel and cargo. Operate a variety of vehicles from sedans to 1‑ton vehicles, ½ ton trucks and 15‑passenger vehicles. Maintain cleanliness of vehicles. Maintain proper radio etiquette, including the use of 10‑series radio communication codes. Perform other associated duties as assigned. If assigned to VIP runs, may operate the VIP Minibus or Minivan. Experience using hand tools. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Regularly required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Frequently required to sit and climb or balance. Use of hands and fingers to handle or feel. Ability to reach with hands and arms. Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds unassisted and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds assisted. Vision requirements include close and distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Ability to work as a team member. Self‑starter, able to work with minimal direction and supervision. Other Requirements Ability to pass criminal, drug, and driving screening. Ability to work outside in inclement weather as needed and be exposed to various dirt, debris, and odors. Abide by the code of conduct for Distinguished Visitor Drivers. Ability to work any time or day of the week, including weekends and holidays. Ability to be on call after hours and handle emergency calls. Possess valid driver’s license and maintain good driving record. Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance/Secure Area Badge for assigned job and be flight line qualified (where applicable). Must be able to obtain National Agency Check (NAC). Must possess a Class B CDL with Passenger Endorsement.
