Role Overview:
We're looking for a driven and curious early-career Go-To-Market (GTM) Associate to join us on an exciting journey bringing next-generation.
Our product? A cutting-edge thin-film solar designed to blend seamlessly with roofing systems redefining how buildings generate clean energy. In this role, you'll partner closely with the Project Lead, turning strategy into action and ideas into real customer engagement.
This is not your typical entry-level role. It's hands-on, fast-paced, and perfect for someone eager to explore the intersection of strategy, marketing, and customer development in an entrepreneurial setting.

What You'll Do
Bring Go-To-Market Strategy to Life

• Help execute go-to-market plans that turn innovation into real-world impact
• Connect with potential customers-solar developers, contractors, building owners, and more-through targeted outreach
• Spark early conversations that uncover needs, validate demand, and build momentum toward sales
• Track engagement, analyze feedback, and continuously refine outreach strategies
• Support early opportunity qualification and help move promising leads forward

Craft Stories That Sell

• Create compelling, customer-facing content-pitch decks, one-pagers, emails, and web copy
• Translate complex solar technology into clear, compelling narratives
• Highlight key value drivers such as design integration, performance, and long-term impact
• Tailor messaging across diverse audiences, from residential buyers to commercial partners

Learn Fast, Iterate Faster

• Dive into market research to understand customers, competitors, and industry trends
• Turn strategy into action with creative outreach and marketing experiments
• Capture insights from customer interactions and transform them into meaningful improvements
• Support rapid iteration of messaging, positioning, and growth tactics

Collaborate & Grow

• Work side-by-side with the Project Lead to align on goals and execution
• Represent the brand confidently in early-stage customer interactions
• Share updates, results, and learnings clearly and proactively
• Thrive in a feedback-rich environment where continuous improvement is the norm

Bonus Points If You Have

• An eye for design presentations, visuals, or light branding
• Exposure to marketing, growth, sales, construction, or solar ecosystems

Background

• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, Sustainability, Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 1-3 years of experience is a plus but not a must
• Experience with innovation-driven work such as product launches, pilots, or proof-of-concept projects
• Exposure to startup or fast-changing environments where adaptability is key
• Familiarity with renewable energy or solar is highly valued

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $52.00 - $57.68 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
