As we grow, our people are everything. We're looking for an HR/Benefits Coordinator who is organized, people-focused, and ready to be the backbone of our team's employee experience. You'll work directly with store managers and leadership to keep our HR operations running smoothly and our team members well taken care of. What You'll Own Benefits enrollment & administration New hire onboarding & orientation Payroll coordination & timekeeping Employee records & compliance FMLA, LOA & ADA administration Workers' comp & claims support Open enrollment planning & communication HR policy updates & handbook maintenance Recruiting support & offer letter processing Employee relations & HR inquiries What We're Looking For 2+ years in HR or benefits admin Multi-location or automotive experience a plus Strong organizational & follow-through skills Excellent communicator — written & verbal HRIS & payroll system experience Discretion with confidential information Knowledge of FMLA, ADA & ACA basics Associate's or Bachelor's in HR or related field Who We're Looking For A detail-oriented professional who takes pride in accuracy and never lets things fall through the cracks.
