Reservation Manager Agent Responsibilities:

• Assist with calls from and to customers to confirm and schedule U-Box deliveries and pickups.
• Help support field team members, U-Box Customer Care Representatives, and U-Box warehouse personnel with U-Box reservation management.
• Schedule U-Box home delivery and pick up routes for U-Box Customer Care Representatives daily.
• Check in U-Box shipping carriers on site.
• Assist in store customers with reservation management, U-Box payments, and sales item orders.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous office experience (preferred)
• Working knowledge of office equipment such as multiline phones, computers, phone etiquette, Word, Outlook email, Excel
• Proficient in customer service, time management and multitasking
