Job Title: Physical Therapist (PT) Location: Monterey, CA 93940 Pay Rate: $57.38/hr Schedule: 13 week contract / days Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist (PT) to join a respected healthcare facility in Monterey, CA. This role focuses on evaluating, planning, and delivering high-quality physical therapy services to help patients improve mobility, reduce pain, and achieve optimal functional outcomes. Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Provide therapeutic interventions to improve strength, mobility, balance, and overall function Document patient progress and maintain accurate, compliant records Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and adjust treatment plans as needed Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and recovery expectations Ensure a safe, supportive, and patient-centered care environment Requirements Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT or equivalent) Previous clinical experience in rehab, outpatient, acute, or SNF settings preferred BLS/CPR certification Strong communication and clinical assessment skills #J-18808-Ljbffr TEEMA Solutions Group
