The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing residential remodeling projects from post-sale through installation. This role owns project execution, customer satisfaction, subcontractor performance, and cost control across multiple active jobs.
Responsibilities
- Supervise onsite subcontractors and enforce company processes and standards
- Manage projects with a strong balance of customer satisfaction and cost control
- Maintain high workmanship standards aligned with plans, specifications, and company expectations
- Perform accurate material take-offs and ensure proper ordering
- Clearly communicate scope of work to Project Coordinators, subcontractors, and homeowners
- Serve as the escalation point for installation issues and customer concerns
- Diagnose and resolve problems efficiently and professionally
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Oversee projects from implementation through completion
- Allocate labor, materials, and resources effectively
- Lead by example and contribute to the development of the operations team
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required; additional education preferred
- 5–10+ years experience in roofing, siding, window, and door installation
- Proven project and subcontractor management experience
- Portfolio of work performed and managed required
- Strong leadership presence with a professional demeanor
- Self-motivated, disciplined, competitive, and results-driven
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- High-level customer service skills
- Scalable le

- Carpentry experience required
