Your daily schedule won't involve lesson delivery or paper grading. Instead, you'll guide students through obstacles, acknowledge meaningful advancement, and support them in reaching objectives they previously considered unattainable. Approximately 60% of your weekly time involves facilitating dynamic, one-hour life skills sessions addressing subjects like public speaking, concentration, leadership, and feedback exchange. About 30% is dedicated to individual or small-group coaching, leveraging Coachbot analytics to determine which students require encouragement, accountability, or modified approaches. The final 10% encompasses data review, coaching methodology refinement, and preparing students for greater success in upcoming weeks. You'll begin with established workshop structures, then enhance and extend them as you identify more effective methods to motivate students. Performance measurement is quantifiable. A minimum of 90% of your students should regularly achieve their weekly academic targets, exhibit mastery of Alpha's life skills via Test2Pass evaluations, and provide ratings of at least 4 out of 5 for their experience with you. Maintain this benchmark reliably and you'll access a defined progression to Lead Guide, mentoring fellow Guides, and ultimately Campus Lead, where you'll influence the culture and outcomes of an entire institution. Every final-round candidate participates in a full-day coaching session with actual Alpha students before an offer extends. What You Will Be Doing Facilitating dynamic, one-hour life skills sessions for K-8 students that build communication abilities, perseverance, concentration, leadership qualities, and other enduring competencies while continuously enhancing workshop delivery. Providing individualized and small-group coaching informed by Coachbot analytics, customized accountability measures, and Alpha's motivational frameworks to ensure every student reaches challenging weekly objectives. Evaluating life skill proficiency via Test2Pass and delivering focused coaching until each student exhibits authentic competence rather than mere attendance. Adjusting your coaching approach for elementary and middle school age ranges, recognizing when a kindergarten student requires physical activity and positive reinforcement versus when an eighth grader benefits from straightforward accountability. Examining weekly student achievement metrics to detect trends, eliminate barriers, and consistently elevate results across your entire student group. What You Won’t Be Doing Conducting conventional classroom teaching. Artificial intelligence manages academic instruction, allowing you to concentrate on student development. Evaluating assignments, developing lesson plans, or preparing students for standardized examinations. Supervising students working quietly at computers. Each day is energetic, engaging, and coaching-centered. Seeking permission before supporting a student in difficulty. You possess the authority to respond immediately and take necessary action. Handling parent correspondence or administrative documentation. Campus Leads manage parent relationships, freeing you to prioritize students. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.
