What you’ll do

You’ll own the full 360° cycle:

• Candidates: headhunt Consultants, Business Analysts, Project Managers and more across NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics and Snowflake
• Clients: find, engage and win new business with global customers and partners
• Deals: build shortlists, run interview processes end to end and negotiate offers through to close
• Strategy: build territory and account plans, map org charts, run outreach cadences and lead client discovery calls
• Experience: give every candidate an outstanding experience from first call to offer

What you bring

No recruitment experience needed. We hire for attitude, potential and performance. Sales, customer success or high-volume outreach experience is a big plus, and any ERP exposure is a bonus.
