Sales Consultant, Foot and Ankle - Los Angeles, CA - Johnson & Johnson MedTech - Orthopaedics

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Sales Consultant for Foot and Ankle orthopaedic products in the Los Angeles territory. The role involves developing healthcare provider relationships, managing product portfolio sales, and providing clinical support in surgical settings.
Responsibilities
- Develop expertise in foot and ankle product portfolio and competitive landscape
- Grow new customer accounts and expand sales with existing healthcare providers
- Educate surgeons and hospital staff on proper product utilization and clinical applications
- Provide intraoperative support and case coverage for surgeons and residents in assigned territory
- Collaborate with regional management on business planning, targeting, and market strategy to achieve financial goals
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 2+ years experience, or Associate's degree, or Certified Surgical Technician with 6+ years orthopaedic experience
- Ability to work in operating room and lab environments
- Strong interpersonal and technical communication skills in healthcare settings
- Self-motivated with excellent relationship-building and business acumen
- Valid U.S. driver's license and willingness to travel and relocate to Los Angeles territory
- Successful background investigation including driving record review
