Executive Immunology Sales Specialist, Dermatology (Los Angeles, CA North territory) - Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine

Johnson & Johnson seeks an experienced immunology sales specialist for dermatology in the Los Angeles North territory. The role involves presenting clinical information on immunology products to healthcare professionals, executing marketing strategies, and building customer relationships to drive sales objectives.
Responsibilities
- Attain sales objectives by presenting clinical and business information on immunology products to dermatology healthcare professionals
- Execute franchise and company brand strategy within assigned customer segments including specialty practices, hospitals, and pharmacies
- Develop relationships with key decision makers to influence product utilization and treatment decisions
- Execute local-level marketing strategies and collaborate with internal teams to enhance business results
- Build customer loyalty by cultivating and maintaining relationships with healthcare provider system influencers
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree minimum
- Valid driver's license with willingness to travel
- Residence in or willingness to relocate to Los Angeles North area
- Minimum five years direct selling experience to healthcare professionals in pharmaceutical, biotech, or device industries
- Working knowledge of immunology or dermatology field preferred
- Experience managing reimbursement issues and specialty pharmacy preferred
- Track record of successful sales performance in high-incentive environments
