Registered Nurse (RN) Emergency Department

Status: Full time Department: 36102 Aurora St. Lukes South Shore - Emergency Department Benefits Eligible: Yes Hours Per Week: 32 Schedule Details/Additional Information: (4) 8‑hour shifts a week, rotating between 15‑23 and 19‑03. Weekend and holiday rotation required. Pay Range: $38.20 - $57.30 Location: Registered Nurse (RN) – Emergency Room, Cudahy, WI, United States About the Unit The Level IV trauma unit (17 monitor beds) treats patients with emergent and critical needs. This high‑volume, fast‑paced unit requires experienced, strong communicators who provide compassionate, patient‑centered care and collaborate to deliver high‑quality, exceptional care. Qualifications Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program. Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which you practice. Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association. Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience (this position is not for new grads). Consideration of newly licensed RNs with EMT, Paramedic, or ED externship experience. Responsibilities Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
