Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for a direct hire position. This role is for the 1st shift, running from 7am to 3:30pm, Monday through Friday, with additional overtime as needed, totaling 45-50 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues effectively.
• Maintain strength in fields including hydraulics and electrical systems.
• Work with CNC equipment and ensure proper maintenance.
• Demonstrate knowledge and ability in mechanical and pneumatic systems.
• Perform PLC troubleshooting and assure the upkeep of production equipment and facilities.
• Read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics.
• Execute other maintenance duties as needed.

Essential Skills

• 5+ years of experience in electrical troubleshooting and repairs.
• Proficiency in hydraulics, pneumatics, and preventive maintenance.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Strong PLC troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with 3 phase electrical systems.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on precision.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Some understanding of mechanical engineering principles.
• Electrical certification is preferred.
• Welding skills are an advantage.

Work Environment

The work environment is a large metal fabrication setting with over 600,000 square feet of manufacturing space. The facilities are occasionally loud and dirty due to the nature of the work. You will be working with advanced hydraulic systems and the largest Vertical Milling Machine in North America. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $74880.00/yr.
