Customer Service Representative Job Description:

• Communicate with customers, process orders, and resolve issues
• Manage accounts, including order changes, inventory tracking, and records
• Monitor delivery performance and order status while supporting operations

Customer Service Representative Job Requirements:

• Basic computer and office skills with the ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and maintain productivity
• Available to work overtime as needed and able to lift up to 25 lbs
