Client Services Representative
We're looking for a Client Services Representative to join our growing team! In this role, you'll be the key connector between our caregivers and clients — ensuring every shift runs smoothly and every client receives the care and attention they deserve. Communicate proactively with the Client Services team about any updates, concerns, or changes related to clients or caregivers.
Actively monitor open shifts, availability, and follow through to ensure all care needs are met on time.
Build trusted relationships with both clients and caregivers through attentive, compassionate service.
Participate in On Call rotation.
Provide hands-on training to new caregivers as needed.
Complete special projects as assigned.
1 year of experience in scheduling, staffing, or client services, call center experience (healthcare/home care background is a plus).
- Strong computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word). Experience with a personal care software program and Canva is a plus.
