To cultivate strong relationships with clients, the full-time Texas Licensed Insurance Associate will provide accurate responses to inquiries about travel insurance coverage while working remotely in a permanent position. Key responsibilities: Respond to a variety of customer inquiries related to travel insurance coverage Assess customer needs and align them with appropriate insurance products Resolve service issues and complaints independently, ensuring customer satisfaction Required qualifications: High school diploma or GED Active property and casualty or personal lines insurance license 1 year of experience in a call center environment 1 year of experience in a sales-related role Proficiency in email, preferably MS Outlook
