New Life Rx is a fast-growing, licensed 503A and 503B pharmacy specializing in GLP-1 and peptide-based medications. We partner directly with clinics and medical professionals so they can offer these treatments to their own patients. Demand is growing quickly, and our Avila Beach sales team is growing with it. About the Role

We're hiring Account Executives to own the full sales cycle for warm, inbound leads: clinics and medical professionals interested in partnering with our pharmacy. You'll spend most of your day on the phone and on Zoom, qualifying prospects, explaining our programs, handling objections and closing new accounts. After a clinic signs on, you'll stay involved through onboarding and its first orders so the partnership starts strong.

This is a relationship-driven, high-activity B2B sales role for someone who enjoys talking to people all day and takes ownership of results. Recent graduates and current students are encouraged to apply. We provide full product and compliance training.

What You'll Do

• Call and follow up with warm and inbound leads from clinics and medical practices
• Explain our pharmacy programs, pricing and partnership details clearly and accurately
• Own the full lead lifecycle: inbound lead → qualified → closed → onboarded
• Support new accounts through onboarding and their first ordering cycles
• Log all activity, notes and pipeline stages in our CRM
• Hit call volume, conversion and revenue goals

What We're Looking For

• Experience in phone sales, call center, customer service or another customer-facing role. Recent grads with strong communication skills are welcome.
• Confidence building trust quickly over the phone, especially with professional audiences
• Comfort spending most of the day on calls and video meetings
• Resilience: you're not thrown by high call volume or hearing "no"
• Clear, accurate verbal communication
• Self-motivation and goal orientation

Nice to Have

• Coursework in sales or business (e.g., Cal Poly's Sales Minor)
• Experience in healthcare, pharmacy or B2B sales
• Familiarity with GoHighLevel, PhoneBurner or a similar CRM or dialer

Schedule

• Full-time and part-time positions available. Part-time schedules work well for current students.
• Flexible hours scheduled between 7:00 am and 5:00 pm Pacific, Monday–Friday. Shifts are set with you and aren't the full window.
• On-site at our Avila Beach location
