QC Inspector

QC inspector Automation Personnel Services is looking for a dependable, experienced QC inspector to join a manufacturing team in Greensboro This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a great new learning opportunity and great benefits! Objective The objective of this position is to provide support for processing operations by ensuring that non-conforming material is found prior to shipping to customers. Pay Rate $22-25/hr. (depending on experience) Schedule and Hours 6:30am to 3:30pm Monday - Friday (Some OT required and can possibly bend schedule) Duties and Responsibilities To test parts with the appropriate equipment for thickness, adhesion, and dimensional, as required by the specifications and job orders. To visually inspect parts for uniformity, blisters, color, adhesion, and smuttiness. As requested by management to assist in other departments. Qualifications and Requirements Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred. High School diploma, GED, or related experience as accepted by management. Proficiency in spoken and written English, able to communicate effectively with management, employees and customers. Must understand the customer requirements and specifications. Must be proficient in the use of inspection equipment. Need to be able to enter data on company records as required in a neat and accurate manner. Must have the ability to work in a factory environment, and the ability to lift 25 pounds.
