Pega Business Analyst

Overview We are seeking an experienced PEGA Business Analyst with strong expertise in PEGA PRPC and workflow-based applications. The role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders, product owners, and PEGA technical teams to deliver scalable and compliant solutions. BFSI domain exposure is a strong plus. Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders. Translate business needs into PEGA functional specifications and user stories. Collaborate with PEGA architects and developers on case types, workflows, and rules. Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives. Support UAT, production readiness, and post-implementation activities. Ensure solutions align with business objectives and compliance standards. Act as a liaison between business and technical teams. Mandatory Skills & Qualifications 10+ years of overall IT experience with strong Business Analyst background. Hands-on experience as a PEGA Business Analyst. Strong knowledge of PEGA PRPC, case management, and workflows. Solid understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Good to Have Experience in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, Insurance) domain. Experience working in large enterprise or regulatory environments.
