Job Description

Within the Delivery Product department and more specifically in the Software Factory, you will be working as a Business Analyst attached to Baptiste BELLANGER, Team Leader of the Process Mtier Tribe of the Software Factory. Your main duties include:

• Collecting the needs for prioritized evolutions by the Product Owner

- Formalizing/writing the needs in the form of:

• Backlog (US/UT/Tasks), for projects in Scrum
• Requirements document or detailed functional specification, for projects in V-cycle

- Organizing with the Product Owner the refinement rituals with the business/client and developers to validate the need and the solution to be implemented to meet it

• Organize, prepare and conduct the MOA recipes:

- Conduct the 3 Amigos

- Write acceptance conditions and tests

- Conduct acceptance testing before delivery to the client for business testing

• Write release notes with the Product Owner before the business recipe (allowing clients to conduct their business recipe)
• Participate in the Scrum rituals of the team (daily meeting each morning, review, retrospective, sprint planning)
• Monitor anomalies reported on your product/project
• Monitor service requests reported on your product/project
• Contribute to the definition and follow-up of the project roadmap in conjunction with the Product Owner
• Act as a liaison with the project stakeholders
• Support new team members in the project team
• Contribute to the creation of new environments (in this case, monitoring the feeding of repositories, monitoring the parameters to be set up including chart updates, etc.)

Required Profile

And you?

Required level of education: Bachelors degree +5 or equivalent experience;

Required experiences/knowledge:

• At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Knowledge of project management methods: Scrum / V-cycle
• Experience in the world of contributions and memberships, DSN, personal insurance.
