Job Description

Responsibilities:

Documenting epics and user stories for features and enhancements, ensure tasks and subtasks are created by respective technology team members and tracked regularly.

Vet scope, requirements, use case/user scenario, test case documents and design specifications, in partnership with Product managers, UX, Architecture, Development and QA.

Follow Agile Scrum process. Track epics and stories completion to project timelines, help identify risks and dependencies, escalate to Product manager for timely resolution.

Conduct feature testing before release, review results with Product manager and Scrum team and drive next steps.

Help with release management coordination across teams including approvals, release notes, internal communication etc.

Tracking feature related metrics and provide regular reporting on crucial features.

Carry out market and feature research, to help with product roadmaps and priorities.

Effectively work with cross-functional teams comprised of both business roles and technical development during the life cycle of product development.

Partner with IT on development, testing & implementation plans, as well as internal communications & deployment plans.

Proactively identify issues and work with internal partners to understand options and execute solve.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree

5+ years working in an Agile development environment in a business or techno-functional role. Including using Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence etc.

3+ years of Digital experience (Mobile experience mandatory)

Prior experience in Content Management and Web/Mobile analytics

Exposure in Product management, including ideation to execution, and launch to maintain.

Strong business and analytical mindset. Good in requirement elicitation and documentation

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team

Compensation, Benefits and Duration

Minimum Compensation: USD 44,000Maximum Compensation: USD 154,000Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate.
