Team Member Benefits Competitive base pay: $22 - $28 per hour, based on experience The opportunity to earn a Commercial Pesticide Applicator License (Category A & E) with all expenses covered Snow pay differential 401(k) plan, with company match Employee Assistance Program Performance reviews Annual boot reimbursement Annual rain gear reimbursement Company events Awards and recognition from peers and leaders Ongoing training and development Career advancement Requirements The ability to walk for long periods of time Able to carry a backpack sprayer weighing up to 50 pounds The capacity to work independently and lead a small crew The ability to identify common weeds of Minnesota The ability to operate and care for assigned equipment Skill in reading map directions from a mobile device or hard copy Desire to work daily at the highest level of professionalism, quality, and performance Desire to work with a team to accomplish goals Ability to bend, squat, and lift for long periods of time Able to work outdoors in a wide variety of conditions for an extended period of time. A valid license or the ability to obtain one. Ability to read pesticide labels and accurately measure pesticides according to label rate. Strong attention to detail and safety protocols.
