TECHNICAL QUALIFICATION (TQ): In addition to the ECQs, applicants must clearly demonstrate in their resume that they meet the following technical qualification(s). Describe your demonstrated executive-level experience leading complex, enterprise-wide business and administrative services, including financial management, human resources, information technology, procurement, and property management. In your response, demonstrate your experience managing reimbursable or fee-for-service programs and service level agreements, while ensuring operational efficiency, accountability, regulatory compliance, customer service, and continuous improvement across all administrative functions.
