We’re looking for a passionate analyst for our . This person will execute quantitative analysis and problem solving to develop in-depth business-relevant insights, scenario based assumptions and forward-looking analysis. Utilizes data from databases, internal reports, market/business trends, and/or financial statements in analysis. Plays integral role in strategy development and associated risk management. The Work Itself In this role you will help us make data driven decisions by: Performing analysis to drive change within the business Quantifying and propose risk/reward trade-offs of recommendations Contributing to strategic and associated performance analysis that achieve business objects and results Applying knowledge of business and balanced judgment in interpretation of data Providing analytical and data support in the design and review of strategy tests and current operations Contributing to complex analytics projects which require technical knowledge Performing ad hoc analysis and quickly provide results and recommendations Engaging in a culture of Diversity and Inclusion The Skills You Bring Minimum Qualifications 1+ years experience in analytics Bachelor's degree in related field Preferred Qualifications 1+ years experience in analytics Bachelor's degree in related field preferred Demonstrated Ability In Working both independently and with direction to meet established deadlines and objectives Business Acumen Financial Statements and Concepts Working in cross functional teams Intermediate technical with Excel and/or analysis software Thinks deeply and critically to ask the right questions Pays attention to detail/ensures accurate deliverables How We'll Have Your Back Ally's compensation program offers market-competitive base pay and pay-for-performance incentives (bonuses) based on achieving personal and company goals.
