Litigation Attorney - Commercial Litigation

I'm partnering with a highly respected Seattle law firm that is seeking a Business Litigation Associate to join its thriving litigation practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who wants to work on sophisticated commercial disputes, receive meaningful responsibility, and build a long-term career alongside accomplished litigators.

What You'll Do

• Handle a broad range of commercial and business litigation matters
• Participate in all phases of litigation, including case strategy, discovery, motion practice, depositions, mediation, and trial preparation
• Draft persuasive pleadings, motions, and legal briefs
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Work directly with clients and opposing counsel
• Collaborate closely with experienced partners on complex matters

What We're Looking For

• Licensed Washington attorney
• 3+ years of litigation experience
• Experience with commercial or business litigation preferred
• Strong legal writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
• Excellent communication and client service abilities
• Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and desire to build a long-term practice
• Strong academic credentials
