Are you a CDL-A driver looking for an OTR role that offers competitive pay and modern equipment? Home Time: Typically out for 1-2 weeks at a time, depending on location and freight availability. We aim for weekly home time, though 2-week periods may occur. Our schedule runs Monday through Saturday, allowing for a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet is well-kept, with trucks no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. Each truck is equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems, and drivers can take their truck and trailer home with secure parking responsibility.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads are 100% no-touch freight, primarily consisting of automotive loads, with 70% drop and hook operations to minimize dock waiting times.

Pay and Miles: Earn an average weekly pay of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 based on your hiring location, with the potential to drive 2,500-2,800 miles each week. Our base pay ranges from .45 to .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Our routes primarily cover areas east of I-35, with dedicated drivers having the opportunity to log up to 3,000 miles per week. Consistent freight lanes ensure steady mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance coverage begins on the first day of the month following 60 days of employment. Additional benefits include vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. After 90 days, drivers may also qualify for dedicated accounts.
