Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A direct hire opportunity is available for a Home Infusion Pharmacist, offering a stable Monday through Friday schedule from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. This role is designed for a skilled pharmacist with a background in hospital and home infusion settings, residing in or willing to work in Westerville, OH.
Responsibilities include verifying intravenous (IV) medications, supervising pharmacy technicians, and maintaining communication with patients to ensure optimal therapy management. Your expertise in IV compounding and home infusion services will be essential in delivering high-quality patient care.
Desired Experience and Qualifications:
- Current Ohio pharmacist license is mandatory
- Proven experience working in hospital pharmacy and home infusion
- Proficiency in IV compounding and IV verification
- Ability to supervise and guide pharmacy technicians effectively
- Strong communication skills for patient interaction
