They go above and beyond to make sure their employees and clients are receiving the best from them." – Current EmployeeWhat We're Looking For:A genuine passion to serve and help others live their best livesReliable transportation, Drivers License, Auto Registration and InsuranceSocial Security or PassportCPR Certification (Not required but preferred)TB/Help BCNA/License if applicationCalifornia HCA Registration (preferred)What You'll Be Doing:Assisting with daily activities to support independence at homeProviding personal care (bathing, grooming, hygiene support)Helping with mobility, transfers, and range-of-motion exercisesPlanning and preparing meals, including feeding assistance if neededManaging light housekeeping tasks and errandsOffering companionship and respite care to support familiesSalary Range: Starting $20.00 an hr based on the type of care provided. Companion care starts at $20/hour, with more advanced care potential for a higher rate.Compensation: starting rate $20.00Our Caregivers are the heart and soul of what we do.
