Job Opening: Outdoor Lighting & Irrigation Technician

We're on the hunt for a reliable, hands-on, and self-motivated technician to join our dynamic Landscape Lighting & Irrigation Team ! This seasonal (April through November) outdoor role offers the perfect mix of creativity, problem-solving, and technical work no cubicle required.

As our next Outdoor Lighting & Irrigation Technician , you'll help install and maintain:

• Energy-efficient low-voltage landscape lighting
  
  
• Outdoor audio systems
  
  
• Smart irrigation systems that keep lawns looking sharp

Whether its wiring up a stunning backyard setup or tweaking an irrigation system to perfection, youll be making a real impact on clients outdoor spaces and youll have fun doing it.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Take ownership of job sites and keep them running smooth

• Work with lighting, wiring, transformers, amps, and audio systems

• Perform irrigation system installations and repairs

• Keep work areas tidy and respectful of client property

• Communicate with clients and team members like a pro

• Always be learning from lighting tricks to irrigation upgrades

• Work both solo and with a team whatever gets the job done!

What Were Looking For:

• Someone who loves working outdoors rain or shine

• A strong work ethic and great attention to detail

• Comfortable with tools, wiring, and getting a little dirty

• At least 18 years old with a valid Minnesota drivers license

• Able to pass a background check

• Excellent communicator and problem-solver

• Respectful, reliable, and safety-focused

Bonus Points If You Have:

• 3+ years of lighting, irrigation, landscaping, or electrical experience

• Leadership experience on a crew

• Bilingual skills (especially Spanish huge plus!)

• Sales or customer-facing experience

• High school diploma or GED (preferred)

• A desire to grow your skills across landscaping, hardscaping, and audio systems
