Human Resources Specialist

This role supports day-to-day human resources functions for 3W & Co. Partners LLC across the US organization and helps execute overseas recruitment activities. The position is based in Palo Alto, CA and includes direct HR support for employees, policy communication, and additional assignments as needed. Role Overview The Human Resources Specialist will oversee US-based HR operations while supporting recruitment execution for international hiring. Key duties include maintaining the applicant tracking system (ATS), coordinating recruiting logistics, following through on offer processes, and assisting with hiring needs that result from M&A activity. Key Responsibilities Oversee US-based HR operations and support overseas recruitment execution, including job posting, candidate communication, interview scheduling, ATS system maintenance, and offer-process follow-up. Support hiring for new roles generated by M&A activities. Respond to daily HR inquiries from staff. Organize team-building and employee-wellbeing activities. Communicate internal policies to employees. Handle employee grievances and mitigate labor-compliance risks. Complete other ad-hoc HR assignments from supervisors. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or above. Hands-on US local HR experience. Fluency in English and Chinese. Proficiency in US HR recruitment and payroll systems. Knowledge of US employment compliance and employee-benefit policies. Strong communication and coordination skills, with a detail-oriented approach and a risk-minded working style.
