Position Summary

Serenity Esthetics is seeking an experienced Aesthetic Injector (RN, NP, or PA-C) to join our growing team in Lincoln, Nebraska.

The ideal candidate is passionate about medical aesthetics, committed to delivering exceptional client care, and experienced in performing cosmetic injectable treatments. This role requires excellent clinical judgment, attention to detail, strong consultation skills, and the ability to build lasting client relationships while delivering safe, natural-looking results.

Responsibilities

• Perform aesthetic injectable treatments, including neuromodulators and dermal fillers, in accordance with established clinical protocols and applicable state regulations.
• Conduct comprehensive client consultations and develop personalized treatment plans based on each client's goals, anatomy, and medical history.
• Educate clients on treatment options, expected outcomes, aftercare instructions, and ongoing treatment recommendations.
• Maintain accurate and timely treatment documentation while ensuring compliance with all applicable medical and privacy regulations.
• Monitor clients throughout the treatment process and respond appropriately to questions or concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment environment while adhering to all safety and infection control standards.
• Build strong, long-term client relationships by providing exceptional care and an outstanding client experience.
• Collaborate with the Serenity Esthetics team to ensure a seamless luxury spa experience.
• Stay current on industry trends, advanced injection techniques, and continuing education opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active RN, NP, or PA-C license in the State of Nebraska (or ability to obtain licensure prior to employment).
• Previous hands-on experience performing cosmetic injectable treatments is required.
• Strong knowledge of facial anatomy, injection techniques, and patient safety.
• Excellent communication, consultation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to educate clients and recommend appropriate treatment plans.
• Professional, dependable, detail-oriented, and client-focused.
• Passion for aesthetics, wellness, and continued professional growth.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a medical spa, cosmetic practice, plastic surgery office, or dermatology practice.
• Proven ability to build and retain long-term client relationships.
• Strong sales and consultation skills with the ability to recommend treatments based on client needs.
• Experience using electronic medical records (EMR) or practice management software.
